• Random: randomly generates a unique workout experience every time a user chooses a program
• Hill: gradually takes a user thru two hills
• Glute Blaster: gradually takes a user to the highest peak
• Interval: simulates interval training thru two hill profiles
• Interval Mountain: simulates progressive intervals thru gradual increase of resistance levels
• Speed Interval: simulates interval training with more extreme high and low resistance levels
• Target Heart Rate: allows the selection of your own maximum heart rate
• Heart Rate Cardio: allows your target heart rate to stay within the range of 80% of your maximum heart rate and adjusts the resistance level accordingly
