Heart Rate Feedback
It’s critical to exercise within your optimum heart rate zone to maximize exercise efficiency. That’s why the LC950UBs features built-in contact heart rate sensors that display heart rate data right on the console. There are even 4 preset workout programs that automatically adjust your workout based on heart rate data.

The Upright Bike Review
I usually don't like upright bikes because they can be painful on the butt. But recently I heard that the designs of these bikes build up your endurance better and help you burn more calories so I decided to go for it.
The thing that surprised me the most about this bike is that it's way more comfortable than other bikes and I think it's because it's so adjustable in so many places that you can find the right spot for you and not have to stretch and strain just to try and find a comfortable position. It's a great machine, with great quality and a great price.

Best upright bike I ever had
For the past 15 years I've been an avid road biker. I love where I live but the winters are cold and it makes it hard to get my runs in and having something to keep me in shape is a must.
I've had a number of upright bikes in the past. This year, it was time for a new one so I went to test some out. I sat down on the recumbent bike that Lifecore offers just because of how high quality it looked. Once I learned Lifecore offered an upright bike I knew that was the quality would be there.
I have had my Lifecore upright bike for about a month now and I can't believe the difference in comparison to my last bikes.
Whether you're an avid biker or someone looking for a quality upright bike, I would end your search here and buy this bike. It's worth every penny.
