No, we do not. We must have a physical address to deliver all shipments.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order ships. This will be sent to the email address associated with your account at the time of purchase.

How do I track my LIFECORE order?

After your order ships you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will contain a tracking number which you can click on to track your order. If you have set up a LifeCOREStore.com account, you will be able to log into the site and track your order there.

If something breaks, will you replace it for free?

Every LifeCORE product is covered by a Factory Warranty. Please reference the warranty coverage for your LifeCORE machine model. Parts replacement coverage ranges from 2-7 yrs. Within that time period, and within reason, parts are warrantied at no charge.

How can I get parts for my LifeCORE product?

If for some reason, a LifeCORE product needs parts, you have several avenues to gain access to parts. Please call us toll free at 800-707-7487 and speak to our service department. You may also email us at service@lifecorefitness.com.

What if I don't like the product I ordered. Can I return it?

Any returns must be approved prior to shipping a product back. All products must be in original packaging and in new condition, on a pallet. If returned product is not in original packaging , new condition or on a pallet, a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the remaining balance to be credited. All refunds will be less shipping, freight and handling costs incurred both directions.

What is your return policy?

How long will it take me to get my order?

Once your order is received and processed, all in-stock items will be shipped within *2-4 days, excluding weekends.

What if the product was damaged on delivery. Can I get a new one?

Your shipment leaves our dock in perfect condition. Upon arrival, please inspect for damage and incorrect quantity before signing. Any damage to contents should be noted on the bill of lading for claim against carrier. Failure to properly inspect your shipment before signing off, limits our liability as well as the freight carrier. If your product has sustained damage that was not noticed when it was packaged, most times parts replacement is able to resolve the issue, so please contact us immediately and provide the information necessary to send you replacement parts. If for some reason, your machine is determined that it cannot be repaired, then steps can be initiated to send out a replacement machine.

Do I have to sign for my packages?

Most items that ship require a signature upon arrival. This gives you a chance to inspect the products condition prior to accepting delivery and to verify your reception of the product.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Are the ellipticals hard to assemble?

Our ellipticals are designed to assemble quite easily. In fact, they are roughly 75% assembled right out of the box. Simply follow the instructions and allow yourself approximately 35-45 minutes. The tools to assemble the product are included.
